LIKE A GOOD WINE...A LITTLE AGING HAS MADE OUR PURPLE FOOT WINE CLUB EVEN BETTER!
Back around 2000-2001, a handful of guys from the North Georgia area, got together to exchange information about their wine making experiences and discuss the results of their fermenting endeavors! What started in their residences over a decade ago, has steadily grown into a circle of 75+ friends with that common interest. From first-time sippers and those just investigating the possibility of making their own wine, to some "pretty darn good" experts, everyone is welcome to attend a club meeting. Strangers become friends on the first visit!

Monthly Meetings & Special Party Gatherings...
Our monthly meetings (noted in the purple square to the right) follow a casual general format. Announcements are made, any special business reports as well as treasury report are given, a vote is taken on matters as required, the floor is then open for member questions and comments on wine making, and finally any special program may be presented by a member. The club then adjourns to the tasting room as each member brings a bottle of his or her home-made wine for tasting. Snacks provided by members on a rotating basis are always an interesting treat!
(Special parties are planned this year for June and Oct)
